1. General Terms and Acknowledgment

8. Limitation of Liability

Fa44 makes every effort to keep services uninterrupted, but we are not liable for technical errors, server issues, or third-party service failures. We may temporarily suspend, modify, or change services at any time. It is your responsibility to maintain your account security and keep login information confidential. fa44 is not responsible for unauthorized access or hacking unless it results from a fault in our system.
